Good question.
I find that hard to answer sometimes. part of me wants to have a blog that many of my friends read, where they can stay updated on what I'm doing these days. Part of me just wants to write out my thoughts and share them with whoever is willing to listen.
Seeing as there are other methods for the former, the latter seems to always win out. So who knows how often my writings will be. As the title says, wherever the wind blows. And too, whenever.
